Don't know where to start learning data science? I know this can be a daunting exercise with a plethora of information online. I am an absolute beginner in this field and I started learning this because I have so many business questions in mind which I want to solve via analytics.
So, here we are!
Please join me in learning data science together. I'll post a new thing I learn everyday and you can study with me. This sounds so exciting to me! We can then probably share notes, and even collaborate on projects together.
BUT! We need to be consistent, okay? Even if you're not able to learn about a new coding snippet, that's fine - read a book instead on a day where you want to take a step back.
The book I am currently reading are two:
How to Lie with Statistics by Darrell Huff (https://g.co/kgs/iUznAE)
Storytelling with Data by Cole Nussbaumer Knaflic (https://g.co/kgs/e2aw8L)
Let's give each other around 6 months, where we could at least know the basics of Python, SQL, Statistics and Math behind various ML models. This is our end goal - to be able to visualize a problem and how we can tackle it. Let's do this! :)
